摘要

　　GBD 北花園藝術(shù)特區(qū)處在北京走向未來的連接線上。從天安門一線向東，行車20分鐘，長(zhǎng)安街和通惠河南岸就是GBD。GBD 地處北京市新地圖的東沿，它定位于城市中心與衛(wèi)星城結(jié)合部的新版圖城市，集多種樣式于一身，并包容在從北京城市文化中上升的大高碑店文化里。GBD 是最具當(dāng)代性和開放性的空間實(shí)驗(yàn)。

　　"雜"是GBD 創(chuàng)造夢(mèng)想的獨(dú)特方式。實(shí)現(xiàn)藝術(shù)、創(chuàng)意和商業(yè)融生的城市夢(mèng)想需要的是一種雜的狀態(tài)和方向。在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上要求上下游緊密配合，形成無數(shù)自成一體的微觀生態(tài)，在空間布局和經(jīng)營(yíng)內(nèi)容上要求犬牙交錯(cuò)。GBD積極引入視覺商業(yè)。一個(gè)是為區(qū)域本身提供的消費(fèi)場(chǎng)所，最主要的是為藝術(shù)品生產(chǎn)和創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)提供市場(chǎng)購買的能量。GBD 將打造包括設(shè)計(jì)型酒店、酒店式公寓、餐飲、酒吧、高級(jí)時(shí)裝品牌商店、家居體驗(yàn)館在內(nèi)的綜合視覺商業(yè)消費(fèi)場(chǎng)所。這些場(chǎng)所一方面直接從創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)獲得設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品，另一方面在獲得當(dāng)代藝術(shù)啟迪的同時(shí)為當(dāng)代藝術(shù)提供了溝通的平臺(tái)。

　　GBD藝術(shù)區(qū)的景觀設(shè)計(jì)是一項(xiàng)富有挑戰(zhàn)的設(shè)計(jì)，它不但要求實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)最基本的功能需求，而且要更多地去創(chuàng)新去實(shí)驗(yàn)，將"雜"的理念深入景觀設(shè)計(jì)中，并且要很好的連接時(shí)間和空間維度上看似混雜的各種元素，做到雜而不亂，雜而有序。

　　如何營(yíng)造藝術(shù)區(qū)的氣氛，營(yíng)造連續(xù)性的，變化的景觀，風(fēng)格和活力相和諧的人性化的互動(dòng)性的街區(qū)成為了本次設(shè)計(jì)的重點(diǎn)。
