北京GBD藝術區(qū)景觀概念設計

摘要

　　GBD 北花園藝術特區(qū)處在北京走向未來的連接線上。從天安門一線向東，行車20分鐘，長安街和通惠河南岸就是GBD。GBD 地處北京市新地圖的東沿，它定位于城市中心與衛(wèi)星城結合部的新版圖城市，集多種樣式于一身，并包容在從北京城市文化中上升的大高碑店文化里。GBD 是最具當代性和開放性的空間實驗。

　　"雜"是GBD 創(chuàng)造夢想的獨特方式。實現(xiàn)藝術、創(chuàng)意和商業(yè)融生的城市夢想需要的是一種雜的狀態(tài)和方向。在產業(yè)鏈上要求上下游緊密配合，形成無數(shù)自成一體的微觀生態(tài)，在空間布局和經營內容上要求犬牙交錯。GBD積極引入視覺商業(yè)。一個是為區(qū)域本身提供的消費場所，最主要的是為藝術品生產和創(chuàng)意產業(yè)提供市場購買的能量。GBD 將打造包括設計型酒店、酒店式公寓、餐飲、酒吧、高級時裝品牌商店、家居體驗館在內的綜合視覺商業(yè)消費場所。這些場所一方面直接從創(chuàng)意產業(yè)獲得設計產品，另一方面在獲得當代藝術啟迪的同時為當代藝術提供了溝通的平臺。

　　GBD藝術區(qū)的景觀設計是一項富有挑戰(zhàn)的設計，它不但要求實現(xiàn)一個設計最基本的功能需求，而且要更多地去創(chuàng)新去實驗，將"雜"的理念深入景觀設計中，并且要很好的連接時間和空間維度上看似混雜的各種元素，做到雜而不亂，雜而有序。

　　如何營造藝術區(qū)的氣氛，營造連續(xù)性的，變化的景觀，風格和活力相和諧的人性化的互動性的街區(qū)成為了本次設計的重點。

Abstract
